Responsibilities

• creating and scheduling engaging social media content
• assisting with digital marketing strategies
• supporting social media campaigns
• monitoring performance metrics
• responding to community interactions
• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Write engaging captions, blog posts, newsletter copy, and community posts
• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers and communities
• Track analytics and report on content performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A current student or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, prop-tech, or B2B SaaS content
• Established personal brand or content portfolio
• Experience with influencer outreach or community management
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals
