Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and Stories (potentially TikTok as well) using CapCut or similar tools
• Add text overlays, hooks, and calls to action that drive engagement
• Post content according to a weekly schedule provided by our team
• Collaborate with the founder on content direction, voice, and messaging
• Help maintain a consistent visual and editorial feel across posts

Requirements

• CapCut (or a similar mobile/desktop video editing tool)
• Understanding of what makes a good hook and CTA for short-form content
• Reliable, organized, and able to stick to a posting schedule independently
• Genuine interest in natural products, wellness, beauty, or herbalism

Preferred

• Familiar with the Puerto Rican wellness or beauty space
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
