Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create short-form videos (15–60 seconds) teaching Spanish in English
  • Focus on practical, real-life phrases (dating, travel, daily conversations, etc.)
  • Film face-to-camera content (you are the “teacher”)
  • Post content consistently across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts
  • Test different hooks, formats, and trends to drive views and engagement

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Strong on-camera presence (this matters a lot)
  • Experience creating short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
  • Understands hooks, retention, and viral content formats
  • Able to simplify Spanish into clear, beginner-friendly explanations

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Spanish (not required)
  • Experience growing a social media account
  • Editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
