Own end-to-end social content across multiple hospitality venues, from ideation and production to scheduling, posting and engagement, while helping grow audiences and refine each brand's voice.

Lead creation and editing of short form videos and visuals for multiple venues
Plan, schedule and publish content to grow audiences and engagement
Help shape each venue's brand voice and tone across platforms

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Producing Reels, Stories and short-form video content
Planning and scheduling regular social media posts
Creating content around food, drinks, events, live music, promotions and day-to-day venue activity
Visiting each venue regularly to capture fresh content
Helping develop the individual personality and tone of each brand
Keeping up with social media trends and coming up with new content ideas
Engaging with followers and helping grow our online audiences
Creating simple graphics and promotional content using tools such as Canva
Supporting paid social campaigns and promotions where required

Requirements

Is naturally creative and has a good eye for content
Is confident creating and editing videos on a phone
Understands Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Can write engaging, natural social media copy
Is comfortable working independently and generating their own ideas
Is organised and able to plan content across several different businesses
Has an interest in hospitality, food, drink, events and entertainment
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (preferred)

Preferred

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms would be useful, but isn't essential if you're keen to learn.
