Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality content for social media platforms, including short-form video, static graphics, and written copy
  • Create visually compelling assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Conceptualize and execute content ideas that support marketing and communication strategies
  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-consistent captions and messaging
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, formats, and best practices to inform content creation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, branding, and creative teams
  • Ensure all content maintains consistency in tone, style, and visual identity
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or 4+ years of social media content experience.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio of work, especially with Instagram Reels, Tik Tok and short-form video.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong video production and editing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of current social media platforms and content formats

Preferred

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and performance metrics
