Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing short-form video ideas, hooks, scripts, and captions
Filming and editing videos
Creating product demos, founder content, educational posts, and business related content
Turning Kindilo features into clear and interesting videos
Posting consistently across social platforms
Repurposing content for different channels
Following relevant trends and testing new formats
Engaging with comments and relevant business communities
Tracking views, watch time, engagement, profile visits, and website traffic
Using AI for research, content ideas, scripting, editing support, and repurposing

Requirements

Understand Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Can write strong hooks and simple short-form scripts
Can independently film and edit content
Can explain a product in a clear and interesting way
Follow trends without simply copying them
Are comfortable testing ideas and learning from performance
Can post consistently and stay organized
Use AI effectively in your creative workflow
Work independently while communicating clearly with the team
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools is helpful
