Responsibilities

• FH Assembly is looking for a Social Media Content Creator based in the Austin area to support content creation for multiple client accounts.
• This is a hybrid role with most of the work happening remotely through planning, collaboration, creative development, and coordination with our team.
• You will also attend regular in-person shoots for client content capture.
• On average, there are three to four shoots per month, depending on the client calendar and campaign needs.
• You will help create social-first content for a mix of luxury, wellness, and service-based brands, including spas and other high-touch client experiences.
• Content deliverables may include the following per client each week: 1 Reel or TikTok; 1 Carousel or static post; 2 story drops with 2 to 3 frames each; 1 in-person content session every other week.
• You will work closely with the FH Assembly team to plan concepts, capture footage, and make sure content aligns with each client’s brand voice, visual identity, and marketing goals.
• You will also attend some client facing meetings to plan the concepts in advance.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Ability to capture high-quality short-form content using an iPhone
• Experience creating branded Reels, TikToks, carousels, and story content
• Comfortable attending shoots and capturing content on location for clients
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and social trends
• Comfortable guiding clients or team members on camera when needed
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Must have a form of transportation
• Must have a laptop
• Technology savvy required
