Responsibilities

• Create engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and Instagram posts that reflect our brand’s personality.
• Film and photograph drinks, food, behind-the-scenes moments, and everyday cafe experiences.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, trending sounds, and creative content ideas.
• Develop original concepts that encourage views, shares, and customer engagement.
• Edit videos and photos into polished, high-quality content.
• Visit both Bobaholics locations in San Jose to film content.
• Collaborate with our team to highlight new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions.
• Help maintain a consistent, recognizable brand aesthetic across platforms.

Requirements

• Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about social media.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and algorithms.
• Experience filming and editing short-form videos.
• Good eye for lighting, composition, and food photography.
• Ability to work independently, pitch fresh ideas, and manage content deadlines.
• Experience creating content for food, beverage, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Must be available to film on-site at both San Jose locations.
