Responsibilities

• Create original photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar channels.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts using approved content calendars.
• Capture photos and short-form videos during company meetings, team activities, and approved events.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy that align with the company's brand.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to comments and messages when appropriate.
• Research current social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
• Assist with basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software.
• Edit photos and short-form videos for social media use.
• Track content performance and assist with preparing basic engagement reports.
• Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and additional content projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience creating social media content is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software is preferred.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
