Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned social media account.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content.
• Create captions, posts, short-form videos, graphics, and other content as needed.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience activity.
• Research trends and identify opportunities for new content.
• Help grow the account's audience, engagement, and overall digital presence.
• Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future content.
• Maintain the account's brand, voice, and overall presentation.
• Stay current with social media trends, features, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable creating social media content using a phone, computer, or other digital tools.
• Ability to understand and follow a brand's voice and direction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain a posting schedule.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or other content-creation tools is a plus.
• Previous social media management experience is preferred but not required.
