Responsibilities

• Capture content: shoot photo and video at events, plus food, drinks, and everything happening across our spaces, formatted for each platform.
• Run social media: post 3–4 times a week per brand on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube plus daily stories. You'll write all captions and social copy, tailored to each platform.
• Spot trends: catch the trends, sounds, and local moments worth jumping on, and move quickly from idea to post.
• Build recurring formats: develop series our followers look forward to, like event recaps or behind-the-scenes features.
• Engage the community: reply to comments and DMs, and engage with local accounts, vendors, and partners.
• Create promo materials: event flyers, social graphics, and A-frames using our brand templates.
• Keep the content calendar current: send a weekly posting schedule, with captions, to the Director of Marketing for approval.
• Track performance: share a simple monthly summary of what worked and use it to shape what we post next.
