Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish photos, graphics, and short-form video content
Find and repost strong customer-created content, obtaining permission when needed
Research and coordinate with local influencers and family-focused content creators in upcoming markets
Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, mentions, and tags
Respond to customer service emails regarding tickets, schedules, venues, activities, and event policies
Escalate customer complaints or other issues when necessary
Help maintain a consistent, engaging, and family-friendly brand voice
Assist the Director of Digital Marketing with other digital marketing projects as needed

Graphic design, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud
Video editing and short-form video creation
