Responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging social media content, including graphics, reels, and written captions
• Plan and maintain a structured weekly content calendar aligned with brand goals and marketing initiatives
• Submit all content for review and approval prior to publishing
• Schedule and publish content across designated social media platforms
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyze performance metrics to inform and optimize content strategy
• Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content
• Organize and maintain content assets, templates, and files in a structured manner

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, including graphics and short-form video
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic execution
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

• Location Utah-based candidates are preferred, but this is not a requirement
