Job Summary

Own end‑to‑end social content for five Indarra accounts, aligning planning, channel priorities, publishing, analytics and governance, with AI as a drafting aid under human oversight.

  • Translate technical material into engaging, platform-appropriate posts while ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain brand voices across accounts, secure approvals, and report on reach and engagement

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a rolling content calendar covering all five accounts, agreed monthly with each business's lead
  • Set channel priorities for each business — LinkedIn first for most B2B audiences, other platforms where they earn their place
  • Monitor comments, messages and mentions, replying within one working day and escalating complaints, technical queries and anything sensitive to the right person
  • Support employer-brand content, including apprenticeships and vacancies
  • Write, adapt and schedule posts, carousels, short articles and video captions in the right voice for each business
  • Turn technical material (case studies, white papers, product data, CPD content) into clear posts, checking facts with the relevant specialist first
  • Capture and edit photos and short video on site, following each site's safety and access rules, and produce simple graphics in Canva or similar
  • Build and maintain an organised asset library and a brand voice note for each business
  • Produce a one-page monthly report per business covering reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth and any enquiries traced to social
  • Recommend what to do more of, less of and differently, based on the numbers

Requirements

  • Has managed business, organisation or brand social media accounts and can show examples
  • Writes clear, accurate English and can adapt tone for different audiences
  • Knows LinkedIn Pages well; has used another platform and a scheduling tool
  • Has used generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok) for content work and can explain how the output is checked
  • Shows sound judgement on accuracy, confidentiality and reputational risk
  • Can read basic social analytics and turn them into specific next steps
  • Takes phone photos and short video and edits them competently; simple Canva graphics
  • Manages own time and deadlines across several accounts on part-time hours
  • Comfortable asking engineers, directors and sales colleagues technical questions and pushing for answers
  • Has the right to work in the UK and can travel to group sites in Scotland

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing, engineering, lighting, construction or housing
  • Marketing or communications qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with paid social, especially LinkedIn Ads
  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
  • Working knowledge of ASA/CAP rules and UK GDPR as applied to marketing
  • Has built reusable AI workflows (custom GPTs, Claude Projects, Zapier/Make automations)
  • Experience of creating and using Agents would be a bonus
