About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and consistent Remote Support Assistant to help with communication and onboarding tasks. This is a fully remote position where you’ll be working with a small team and assisting with day-to-day outreach and coordination.

What you’ll do:

• Start and manage conversations with new contacts
• Provide clear guidance through a simple onboarding process
• Answer basic questions and follow up when needed
• Keep track of conversations and progress
