Responsibilities

Manage and grow client social media accounts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategies
Create engaging short-form content, captions, stories, and reels
Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and manage community interactions
Track performance, generate insights, and optimize content using analytics
Stay ahead of social media trends and platform best practices

Requirements

Proven experience managing business social accounts
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative thinker with strategic instincts and scrappy startup attributes
Experience using social management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Later, or equivalent
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet client needs
Portfolio or social profiles required
Short-form content creation for multiple platforms
Graphic design using Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
Strong copywriting / captions
Community management / engagement
Must reside in Orange County or surrounding areas
U.S. citizenship required
No agencies or recruiters
