Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social & Digital Strategy: Partner with the Head of Content to define and execute the organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and YouTube, and explore support for additional channels and influencer marketing. You’ll also team up with our digital team to power our LinkedIn and Google ad programs with punchy, scroll-stopping content to drive engagement and conversions. You will act as the bridge between organic and paid social by identifying cross-pollination opportunities and converting high‑performing organic and executive posts into ads.
  • Content Calendars & AI-Enabled Production: Curate the organic and paid social calendar, supporting campaigns and other priority initiatives. Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of organic posts, from intake and prioritization through AI-assisted copywriting, approvals, scheduling, and publishing. Partner with our creative team and/or use AI tools to develop compelling visual assets, short-form videos, and other eye-catching materials.
  • Employee Advocacy: Manage and drive internal adoption of Treasure Data’s employee advocacy tool. Amplify Treasure Data’s posts and curate shareable content for the go-to-market (GTM) team to share on their own profiles.
  • Community Management: Oversee daily community management—monitoring mentions, comments, and DMs, and engaging with employees, partners, and customers.
  • Executive Social: Build and execute social programs for key leaders, drafting thought leadership posts for LinkedIn.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track and communicate performance metrics across organic channels; use insights from the digital team to inform ad optimization and development.
  • Flagship Events & Campaigns: Lead social and digital support for major initiatives such as Agentic World, our user conference, and our brand campaign.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B social media and digital marketing, with significant ownership of LinkedIn as a primary demand and thought leadership channel; experience in SaaS, martech, data, or AI strongly preferred.
  • Expertise: Proven track record developing and executing social and paid social strategies, managing channel‑specific content calendars, and feeding high‑performing concepts into paid programs such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • AI, Content & Creative Skills: Killer short‑form copywriter with the ability to adapt tone for brand and executive channels; experience briefing and collaborating with design and video teams and hands‑on proficiency with content creation and AI tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret performance data, translate insights into action, and clearly communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success partnering with cross‑functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
