Duties

• Engage with clients to explain the fundamentals of energy deregulation and its advantages for residential and commercial customers
• Facilitate favorable deals aligned with client needs and market conditions
• Be able to handle objections effectively
• Utilize sales technology adoption strategies to enhance customer outreach, streamline processes, and improve deal closing efficiency
• Build strong client rapport through effective communication, bilingual or multilingual support, and exceptional customer service skills
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and negotiations using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems supported by technical teams

Experience

• Experience in negotiation, sales, or marketing within energy related industries is a plus but not a must. A willingness to learn and be coached is most important.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client bases is a plus but not a must
