Responsibilities

• Perform eye-catching sign spinning routines in high-traffic outdoor areas to attract attention for promotions or events (we train you!)
• Engage passersby with friendly interactions, encouraging them to learn more about the product or event being promoted
• Maintain a lively, energetic presence that draws crowds and creates a positive brand image
• Follow safety guidelines while performing routines to ensure personal safety and that of others around you
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate promotional activities and maximize visibility
• Demonstrate products or services when appropriate, providing clear information in an engaging manner
• Adapt routines based on location, audience response, and specific campaign goals to optimize impact

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
• Experience or interest in marketing, event marketing, or public relations is a plus
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical routines safely while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts
