Responsibilities

• Hold signage at retail events, to draw attention and promote brands or products
• Engage with crowds by providing information about products or event details and greeting customers warmly
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, samples, or merchandise to enhance brand visibility
• Interact actively with event attendees by answering questions and guiding them through the event experience
• Maintain a professional appearance and energetic demeanor throughout shifts to maximize engagement
• Assist with setup and breakdown of signage displays as needed for different events
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while ensuring safety and visibility standards are met

Requirements

• Prior sign holding experience at retail events, sports events, conventions, festivals, outdoor fairs, conferences, or charity events is highly preferred
• Experience in street marketing or outdoor promotional activities is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences while maintaining a friendly attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and standing for long durations
• Experience dancing or performing physical activities that involve crowd interaction is advantageous
• Previous work at concerts or large public gatherings demonstrates strong crowd engagement skills
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and assisting with inquiries
