Responsibilities

• Growth Infrastructure: Build the PLACE Launch foundation and convert weekly lead generation into booked client meetings.
• Buyer & Listing Execution: Help buyers secure signed agreements and match properties; collaborate with top negotiators to secure listings with smart marketing plans.
• Ops & Coaching: Track activities with PLACE Technology, host two open houses per month, and participate in team meetings, coaching, and partner calls.
