Responsibilities

• Shopify Store Operations
• Independently manage the daily operation of our Shopify store
• Create and update products, collections, pricing, promotions, bundles, and website content
• Optimize product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and navigation
• Manage Shopify apps and integrations
• Update homepage banners, promotional content, and seasonal campaigns
• Improve mobile and desktop shopping experiences
• Monitor website issues and troubleshoot basic Shopify problems
• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
• Implement upselling, cross-selling, bundles, and other strategies to improve sales

Requirements

• 2+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience preferred
• Hands-on Shopify experience
• Experience operating or supporting a DTC e-commerce website
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Familiarity with Google Search Console
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Preferred

• Experience with SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with Amazon Advertising
• Experience with Google Shopping / Performance Max
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with Klaviyo flows and segmentation
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Basic Shopify Liquid knowledge
• Experience with Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
