Shop Operations Assistant — Aspen Ski and Board

About us
We're a locally owned Ski & Snowboard Shop in Columbus, Ohio since 1998. We have one retail location and an online store, aspenskiandboard.com. Located at 1170 E Powell Rd, on Polaris Parkway.

The role
We're looking for an organized, reliable person to assist in keeping the shop running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll handle day-to-day stuff that keeps everything moving. No experience required; if you're dependable and quick to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

• Calling and coordinating with vendors and suppliers
• Sending & answering important emails
• Handling orders, follow-ups, and paperwork
• Keep the back office and paperwork organized
• General "whatever the shop needs today" tasks
• Pitch in on basic marketing: like social posts & promos

You'll fit if you're

• Organized and good at keeping track of details
• Reliable: you show up and follow through
• Comfortable with basic microsoft excel
• Into skiing/snowboarding (a plus, not required)
• Available during our peak season (October through March)

Hours & Pay
Hours are flexible, we're open to part-time or full-time depending on your schedule. Pay is dependent on experience & availability. Do well here and the role grows with you.
