Skinny Louie, recently crowned Best Burger at Burger Bash 2025, is expanding fast—and we’re looking for strong leaders to grow with us. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in running daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring every guest walks away happy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
• Train, guide, and supervise team members to ensure top performance
• Lead the floor during peak hours and solve operational challenges
• Oversee safety, food quality, and compliance with health regulations
• Manage inventory and help control labor and food costs
• Motivate the team and help maintain a strong, positive culture
• Step into leadership when the Store Manager is off-shift
• Help drive review volume and rating goals on Google & Yelp
• Assist with influencer visits and in-store marketing efforts
• Resolve issues with Delivery Apps and coordinate with accounting
• Use our digital Checklist & Task Tool to maintain store standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of leadership or keyholder experience in a fast-casual or QSR setting
• A hands-on, high-energy approach to team leadership
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and guest-focused
• Willing to train in Miami if needed (Brightline cost covered)
