Little Caesars Pizza, DBA Rutul Pizza LLC, is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to help lead daily operations at our Roanoke, TX location. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting the General Manager, leading the team during assigned shifts, maintaining operational standards, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Successfully lead daily store operations during assigned shifts
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Assist with training new employees and reinforcing company standards
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met
• Help control labor, food costs, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company, health, and safety standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Lead the team during busy rush periods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Support overall store sales and operational performance
• Requirements
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be highly motivated and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to effectively manage busy rush periods
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
