Job Description

Quantum Sky is searching for a Shared Services Growth Lead. The Growth Lead for Shared Services is responsible for driving structured, sustainable growth across the Shared Services portfolio. This role blends business development, customer engagement, and program strategy to expand service adoption, deepen existing customer relationships, and strengthen cross‑functional coordination. The Growth Lead ensures new opportunities are identified, qualified, and advanced while maintaining disciplined pipeline management and clear communication with leadership.

This role is ideal for a strategic, self‑directed professional who excels in relationship building, structured growth planning, and navigating a complex federal shared‑services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives for a Federal agency specializing in cybersecurity services, including Security Operations Center (SOC), Penetration Testing, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection, Supply Chain Risk Assessment, and Insider Threat. Contribute to formal growth strategies by analyzing the landscape, validating assumptions, and offering actionable recommendations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and thought leaders to amplify the agency's presence and thought leadership in the cybersecurity space and understand mission needs to better position Shared Services offerings.
  • Lead targeted outreach campaigns, including presentations at forums, partner roundtables, and briefings with oversight bodies. Spearhead innovative communication strategies to promote security offerings, enhance brand awareness, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, driving increased engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and continuously improve ROI. Develop data‑driven insights to refine targeting strategies, prioritize high‑probability opportunities, and mitigate pipeline risks.
  • Oversee the development and execution of high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts, to educate and inform clients on the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.
  • Own the team’s growth pipeline, including opportunity identification, qualification, prioritization, and advancement. Coordinate discovery, follow‑up, and briefing activities; ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and value‑oriented communications.
  • Manage recurring reporting cycles (e.g., monthly pipeline updates) and ensure accuracy, forward visibility, and alignment with leadership expectations. Support internal and external briefings, including recurring syncs, leadership reviews, and customer engagement forums.
  • Track enterprise trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities across customers and potential customers.
  • Ensure opportunity advancement aligns with resource availability, operational constraints, and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to enable deeper customer adoption of recurring services.
  • Support annual and strategic planning cycles (e.g., 30/60/90-day plans, event prioritization, messaging development).
  • Maintain structured documentation for opportunities, recurring activities, and customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure growth actions and outcomes are consistently logged, transparent, and aligned with the Shared Services operating model.

Required:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in business development, shared services, federal program operations, customer engagement, or a related growth‑oriented role.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage complex workflows, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders, federal customers, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing pipelines, reporting cycles, or structured growth processes.
  • Ability to interpret data, assess trends, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

Desired:

  • Experience working within federal cybersecurity, shared services, or multi‑agency environments.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity tools and products.
  • Familiarity with DOJ operational rhythms and EFA engagement patterns.
  • Prior exposure to OIG environments, authorization processes, or federal technology portfolios.

Clearance:

  • Secret Clearance Required.

Location:

  • This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to the customer site in Washington DC as needed.
