Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage the company’s overall SEO strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation.
  • Oversee & Implement technical SEO, including crawl-ability, indexing, site speed, and structured data.
  • Collaborate with content writers to optimise new and existing content for search intent.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and develop white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across the website.
  • Track, report, and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new opportunities to enhance search performance.
  • Provide regular SEO performance updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or SEO Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics (advantageous).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
