About the Role
Our client, a company in the mental health space, is looking for a Senior Growth Lead to own strategy and execution for their growth function. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on driving meaningful business outcomes — not just rankings — through strategic thinking, deep data analysis, programmatic SEO, and direct execution.
They're looking for a 10x growth operator who's AI-native, mission-aligned, and comfortable working directly with founders and executives. You drive initiatives from insight to impact without waiting to be directed.
What You'll Do
- Own growth projects end-to-end — discovery, strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to leadership, presenting insights and growth opportunities with confidence
- Lead high-impact technical and programmatic SEO initiatives — URL migrations, taxonomy rebuilds, canonical and indexation changes at scale
- Build programmatic content features (self-discovery tools, screeners, quizzes) that drive acquisition
- Translate SEO, product, and performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Leverage Claude and other AI tools to build lightweight agentic workflows that improve execution velocity
- Build forecasts, set targets, and deliver clear, data-driven reporting on a regular cadence
What They're Looking For
- 6+ years in SEO, growth, or performance marketing with a strong track record of measurable business outcomes; in-house or startup experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated programmatic SEO wins at scale — migrations, taxonomy work, template-level changes, traffic lift from technical execution
- AI-native with hands-on Claude experience; ideally has built or experimented with agentic workflows
- Strong ownership mentality — operates autonomously, consistent and reliable in execution
- Comfortable working directly with founders, CEOs, and senior leadership
- Remote-ready with meaningful overlap with the Pacific Time Zone
