Own and elevate Digitas social business strategy at scale by turning audience insight into a differentiated, platform-aware ecosystem with cross-functional leadership and growth mindset.

Strategic ownership: develop breakthrough integrated social strategies grounded in audience insight, platform behavior, and business objectives.
Leadership & partnership: act as senior adviser to clients and lead a multidisciplinary team across social, influencer, and earned, aligning with c-suite and driving growth.
Team & execution: build, mentor, and hands-on lead to raise output quality and accelerate progress.

Job Description

Define the Vision and lead a modern, integrated social business with audience-first, insight-led thinking.
Champion social as a driver of business with c-suite leadership.
Represent leadership in key client forums, shaping decisions and outcomes.
Lead the development of breakthrough integrated social strategies grounded in audience insight, platform behavior, and business objectives.
Elevate the team’s thinking across social strategy, influencer and earned, content development, distribution, engagement, and measurement.
Build & lead a high-performing team of social, influencer, and earned practitioners; mentor the next generation of leaders.
Be a hands-on leader, guiding briefs, shaping outputs, and elevating quality.

12–15+ years in social, content, and/or integrated strategy
CPG category experience with a strong understanding of the landscape
Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams
Track record of building and scaling modern social ecosystems for major brands
Strong instincts for culture, audience behavior, and platform evolution
Ability to turn complex business challenges into clear, compelling strategies
Equal strength in long-term vision and day-to-day execution
