Job Summary

Own and coordinate dealer communications and enablement across multiple channels, aligning messaging with brand and cross-functional inputs to drive timely, consistent partner updates and portal content, while continuously improving sales and product tools.

  • Dealer Communications & Channel Execution: plan, draft, and distribute updates, promos, and event notices across newsletters, portal, and email
  • Content & Portal Ops: maintain editorial calendars, organize assets, and ensure portal accuracy and usability for dealer education and toolkits
  • Enablement & Training: coordinate webinars, trainings, and post-event follow-up to improve partner readiness and ROI

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Development, schedule and execute of dealer-facing communications across the Dealer support platform, newsletters, email, and other channels
  • Draft, proof and coordinate messaging to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain communication calendars, editorial strategy, track deliverables and ensure timely distribution of updates, product/promo information and event notices
  • Support cross-functional alignment by collecting inputs from Sales, Marketing, Product and Education teams for inclusion in partner communications
  • Support the ongoing maintenance, organization, and content management of the Dealer Support portal
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement for sales and product tools
  • Provide platform recommendations, upload resources, manage asset accuracy, update pages, and monitor platform functionality
  • Conduct analytics reporting, including usage trends, content performance, and dealer behavior insights
  • Partner with CXC and internal teams to log issues, track enhancements, and assist with testing or QA of new features and content updates
  • Onboard new dealers by preparing resource kits, access instructions, and welcome communications. Support the creation, organization, and distribution of partner toolkits, launch materials, playbooks, and promotional calendars
  • Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and educational events—including scheduling, invitations, reminders, and content uploads
  • Facilitate surveys, feedback collection and data organization
  • HAD Dealer Program Support including Dealer Agreements, Partner Programs and Dealer Initiatives
  • Complete Management of Synchrony Financing Program for Brother machines- analyze and audit data
  • Support planning, logistics, tracking, and on-site coordination for dealer events, national training sessions, and trade shows
  • Manage communication timelines, event resource preparation, booth materials, and dealer outreach
  • Assist with vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution
  • Collect and organize post-event feedback, attendance metrics, and follow-up actions to support ROI tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing/Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years
  • Experience in Marketing or channel enablement/partner experience; Marketing communications and branding experience
  • Minimum 3 years
  • Experience supporting B2B or dealer driven channels, ideally in environments requiring both sales and marketing alignment; Experience coordinating events, tradeshows or dealer education programs.
  • Knowledge of CRM, CMS, or communication and forecasting tools (Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. Workfront or similar)
  • Ability to work/thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexible approach with an ability to re-prioritize as business needs change
  • Strong business acumen with an analytical, data-driven approach; ability to identify and seek needed information (excellent research skills)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and foster a positive dynamic to drive projects forward; ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work independently
