Responsibilities

• Lead external communications for Creative Cloud apps across earned, owned and paid channels, developing narratives and product messaging for launches, events and broader thought leadership.
• Build relationships with technology, business, creative and trade media, along with emerging and non-traditional voices. Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management and communications teams around the world to create coordinated programs that extend the reach of Adobe’s stories.
• The role will also help anticipate sensitive topics and communications risks, contribute to annual and quarterly planning, and use measurement and insights to understand the impact of priority programs.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of communications experience across PR, social, analyst relations and/or customer communications; technology experience is preferred.
• A strong track record of working with media and developing high-impact stories.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and modern communications platforms.
• Strategic judgment, curiosity and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Interest in creativity, technology and the evolving role of AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business/Marketing or a related field.
