Job Summary

Own the end-to-end direct mail program lifecycle, from strategic direction and budgeting to production, client partnership, and data-driven reporting.

  • Campaign & Strategy: Align budgets, creative direction, and campaign development for large direct mail programs.
  • Production & Ops: Manage print, mail shop, and USPS workflows while keeping clients informed.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Turn response data into actionable final reports and client-ready presentations.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Campaign & Strategy: Own strategy, budgets, costs, creative direction, and overall campaign development for a large direct mail program.
  • Production & Ops: Coordinate production with printers, mail shops, and USPS.
  • Client Partnering: serve as day-to-day contact for clients.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze response data and write final campaign reports.
  • Reporting & Communications: Draft client reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • You will be a great fit for us if you possess at least five (5) years of direct response fundraising experience.
  • You must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience using collaboration tools like Monday.com and Teams are a plus.
  • Additionally, you must have a proven ability to organize and expertly manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Exceptional ability to work in teams and collaborate – both remotely and in person - with clients, partners, and peers
  • Outstanding communication including active listening, persuasion, and remote meeting management
