Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Partner closely with relevant teams such as HR,operational teams to ensure consistent alignment and strategic messaging acrossall touchpoints.
  • Internal Communications Alignment: Design internal storytelling campaigns that connectemployee contributions to company strategy, boosting engagement, morale, andretention.
  • Multi-Format Content Creation: Draft, edit, and oversee newsletters, agenda,business reviews, case studies, videos, and Q&A documents. Createstandardized templates with proper branding.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Monitor communication performance metrics andleverage insights to continuously optimize messaging strategies.
  • Develop and implement communication plans, including content and media strategies for internal and/or external communications in line with current best practices and aligned to CBRE's brand.
  • Author, edit and proofread communications as needed.
  • Proactively assist company leaders to develop effective, consistent communications, both at a strategic and tactical level.
  • Track metrics to determine effectiveness of messaging and communication channels.
  • Publish relevant content to the employee intranet and cbre.com
  • Manage applications/nominations for relevant awards and rankings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack/Zoom, and AI products. Examples include Claude, Google Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
