Job Summary

Own end-to-end programmatic execution across DSPs and premium inventory, driving audience activation and measurement alignment across TV, video, display, and audio with strict budget pacing and real time optimization.

Campaign execution across DSPs, inventory types, and deals with real time bidding adjustments.
Audience layering and activation using 1P/3P data, contextual signals, and segmentation to drive CPA and ROAS.
Budget governance, pacing, attribution alignment, and proactive pacing risk mitigation across multi-channel programs.

Job Description

Own end-to-end campaign execution across DSPs (DV360, StackAdapt, TTD, etc.)
Build, launch, and QA campaigns across display, video, CTV, native, and audio
Maintain scalable campaign structures (IOs, line items, naming conventions) with strict accuracy
Activate and optimize across open exchange, PMP, preferred, and programmatic guaranteed deals
Manage deal IDs and publisher relationships to unlock premium inventory
Drive supply path optimization (SPO) to improve efficiency and transparency
Deploy and optimize 1P, 3P, and contextual audiences
Execute audience layering, exclusions, and segmentation strategies
Manage multi-million dollar budgets with precise daily pacing and allocation
Adjust bids, budgets, and tactics in real time to hit performance and delivery targets

Experience: 5-8+ years in digital media planning and buying, with deep expertise in both site-direct and programmatic environments
Platform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with DSPs (StackAdapt, DV360, Basis, StackAdapt, TTD), Ad Servers (Campaign Manager), and Web Analytics (GA4)
Channel Fluency: Proven track record managing diverse media types, including OTT/CTV, Streaming Audio, and Traditional Linear/Radio
Advanced Tactics: Expert knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting (dynamic creative, CRM, lookalike, and predictive modeling)
Strategic Vision: Ability to map data partners to the customer journey—activating contextual signals for awareness and deterministic identity for conversion
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data for high-growth performance accounts
