Job Summary

Own the integrated marketing for a travel rewards programme, aligning bold positioning with launch and growth, while using data-driven measurement to optimize cross-channel campaigns.

  • Own: end-to-end marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels for a loyalty proposition.
  • Lead: cross-functional campaigns and creative that balance customer needs with brand and commercial goals.
  • Measure: implement clear frameworks to track performance and inform decisions with senior stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Defining and evolving the strategic positioning of the travel reward programme in line with the easyJet brand
  • Owning the end-to-end marketing strategy for launch and ongoing programme growth
  • Developing integrated go-to-market plans across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Leading the development of compelling creative campaigns and customer messaging
  • Establishing clear measurement frameworks to track performance and optimise activity
  • Partnering with media, analytics and trading teams to ensure campaigns are targeted and commercially effective
  • Collaborating with local marketing teams to align reward programme activity with wider market and customer plans
  • Working closely with PR and communications teams to support launch moments and earned media activity
  • Leading cross-functional and agency teams to deliver insight-driven campaigns to a high creative standard
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing at senior level across the organisation

Requirements

  • Significant senior marketing experience across brand, campaign planning and multi-channel marketing
  • Experience launching or scaling customer propositions, products, partnerships or reward programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Excellent commercial judgement and confidence using performance data and insight to shape decisions
  • Strong creative judgement with the ability to balance customer, brand and commercial priorities
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed and fast-paced organisations
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience within travel, retail, loyalty, subscription or financial services sectors
