Summary: We are seeking a results-driven‑driven Senior eCommerce Manager to own the business performance of our website and digital commerce experiences. This role is accountable for driving online revenue, leads, and customer engagement by partnering closely with marketing, UX, analytics, and technology teams. This is a business leadership role, focused on strategy, performance optimization, and growth—not technical product management. You will set priorities, define success metrics, and ensure the site delivers against business and customer goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the eCommerce business strategy for the website, including lead and unit growth, conversion rate optimization, and customer experience performance. Help define and manage the eCommerce roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and performance insights. Partner cross‑functionally with UX, engineering, merchandising, analytics, and operations to deliver improvements that drive measurable results. Optimize site performance across key KPIs including conversion, engagement, bounce rate, and page performance. Use data to drive decisions, leveraging analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to guide investments and optimizations. Ensure merchandising excellence, including product presentation, navigation, content strategy, and promotional execution. Champion customer experience, ensuring journeys are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with brand standards. Monitor industry trends in digital commerce and translate opportunities into actionable initiatives. Additional duties as assigned. Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated ownership of online revenue, conversion, and growth KPIs. Strong understanding of customer journeys, merchandising, and conversion optimization. Experience partnering with technical and UX teams without being a technical owner. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Clarity) and A/B testing platforms. Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer Commerce, digital sales, or website performance management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with headless commerce or composable architecture. Experience in home services industry. Background in B2C or omnichannel retail environments. Location: This position will sit out of our Irving, Texas office or corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. We follow 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule. Travel: Occasionally, less than 25%
