Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will support the development and delivery of engaging multichannel marketing campaigns that promote our events and training portfolio while driving commercial success.
• Planning, delivering and optimising campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences, taking projects from concept through to execution.
• Create and oversee a wide range of marketing content, support social media and paid advertising activity, and ensure compelling messaging is delivered across digital and offline channels.
• Support the development and delivery of annual marketing plans
• Write, edit and proofread marketing and public relations materials
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
• Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
• Implement SMART objectives and produce campaign performance reports
• Help manage marketing budgets and report on campaign ROI

Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ marketing experience, ideally working within the events or training sector
• Experience managing end-to-end varied multichannel marketing campaigns and applying marketing tactics to generate leads
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating marketing activity across multiple departments and communicating plans and updates effectively.
• Experience managing email marketing, social media and advertising channels, as well as using content management systems
• Previous experience using a CRM for email campaigns and audience targeting
• An understanding of content marketing channel best practices, including SEO, social media, and email
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in long, short and creative copy
• A marketing degree, or equivalent experience
