Our expertise is rooted in helping Department of Defense (DoD) sponsors identify their needs and source solutions from a focused consortium of diverse innovators from industry and academia. ATI manages Other Transaction Agreement (OTA)-based and Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR)-based collaborations, of which many are for the DoD.
