Responsibilities

• Portfolio unbranded and branded CRM, including awareness, consideration and conversion and adherence streams
• This role will act as point of contact for Patient Services Hub (OneSource) to ensure coordination of data and consistency of messaging
• Patient marketing materials spanning the gMG portfolio, including disease, C5/MOA and vaccination education across both print and digital
• Multicultural initiatives including Spanish speaking materials
• Exectional support for the gMG STAR Ambassador programs, helping to tell patient stories so that other patients and caregivers living with gMG can learn how others have successfully identified and manage their disease
• This includes identifying innovative ways to develop and distribute patient testimonials
• Cultivating strong collaborative relationships with cross functional partners including field sales, TLLs, training, Patient Services, Market Research, Business Ops, Promotional Review Committee, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance.
• Supporting the development and execution of the annual patient marketing plan, as well as agile evolutions in preparation for competitive entrants
• Partnering with multiple patient marketing and media agencies
• Adopting a can-do, leadership mindset, creating organizational energy and excitement about the brand, and galvanizing cross-functional teams to buy in to the brand mission

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must have 5+ years professional experience with 2+ years in life sciences
• Knowledge of marketing principles, including key concepts, brand management and the customer journey
• Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken language)
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects across functional areas, and work independently when appropriate, in teams and as a sub-team lead
• Must be comfortable managing multiple competing, frequently shifting priorities, and working through uncertainty
• Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programs and develop mitigation plans and ensure internal advocacy and approval
• High ethical standards and personal integrity
• Travel: anticipate 20%

Preferred

• Prior professional experience with Consumer Marketing & Media, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy, and Patient Ambassador Programs strongly preferred
• Experience developing patient-centric marketing campaigns, having lead tactical development, MLR/PRC review, execution, measurement and optimization
• Oncology, Rare disease, or Specialty care experience preferred
