Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee all inbound and outbound communications across assigned brands, including organic social, influencer, community management, consumer care, and earned media.
  • Develop and execute social and communications strategies that align to broader brand and business priorities.
  • Drive start‑to‑finish accountability for communications initiatives—from strategy and briefing through execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Lead influencer strategy and activation, partnering with agencies and internal teams (without direct contract management).
  • Oversee community management and consumer care standards, ensuring timely, on‑brand responses and clear reporting.
  • Guide earned media and thought‑leadership efforts in partnership with PR and communications stakeholders.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships, including briefing, feedback, performance oversight, and budget stewardship.
  • Track performance across social, influencer, and earned media, using insights to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Support brand act planning and execution, ensuring communications are fully integrated and activated with excellence.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree & minimum of 7 years of relevant Communications experience, preferably within Alc/Bev or CPG.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, explosive-growth global brand.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take full ownership of program workstreams from start to finish
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across various business stakeholders
