We invite you to learn more about this exceptional organization by visiting www.genpt.com POSITION IMPACT The Sr. Manager of Rebates & Analytics will serve as NAPA’s internal financial consultant for rebate governance and optimization, financial analytics, and performance insight across a complex supplier ecosystem. This highly analytical leader partners closely with Procurement, Merchandising, Finance, and Category Management teams to ensure rebate structures, accruals, forecasting, and realization drive profitable growth and financial discipline. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing over $200M+ in annual supplier rebate programs, delivering accurate reporting, audit readiness, and executive-level insights that inform commercial decisions and strengthen supplier accountability. He/she will guide supplier negotiations through data-driven insights across NAPA’s $4B+ in direct spend and strengthen NAPA’s overall financial discipline and margin performance. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Manager, Rebates & Analytics is responsible for leading rebate analytics, governance, and reporting while translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. This leader combines strategic partnership with hands-on financial analysis to deliver data-backed insights that guide supplier negotiations, strengthen rebate performance, and protect margins. Key responsibilities: Lead and oversee 200M+ in supplier rebate programs, ensuring financial accuracy, governance, and realization Lead the ongoing implementation of NAPA’s Rebate management software (Enable), bringing accuracy and efficiencies of rebate calculations, budget setting, forecasts, accruals and collections. Partner with Pricing, Finance and Procurement teams building an end-end product margin waterfall, with detailed applicable rebates at the SKU level, to support cost negotiations with suppliers and pricing strategies. Develop and maintain executive-level rebate, supplier performance, and forecasting dashboards in Power BI partnering with GPC IT teams. Partner with Procurement, Merchandising, Finance and Category Management to analyze rebate structures, accruals, and payout performance ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives Support supplier negotiations through rebate scenario modeling and analytics Ensure rebate audit readiness, compliance, and forecasting across all programs Translate complex rebate and supplier data into concise insights that support executive decision-making Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, promoting accountability, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement Drive cross-functional collaboration to align analytics with NAPA’s financial goals and supplier strategies Promote a continuous improvement culture focused on data integrity, process efficiency, financial accuracy, and analytical rigor PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate for the role is a strategic, self-directed analytics leader with a strong background in rebate management, financial analytics, and cross-functional partnership within complex supply environments. Key qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in rebate management, procurement analytics, merchandising finance, or financial analytics Proven success managing large-scale rebate programs with financial governance, forecasting accuracy, and audit readiness Experience leading teams and partnering cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Merchandising, and Suppliers Strong command of Excel, Power BI, ERP, and financial reporting systems Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into executive-ready insights Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights Strong experience implementing IT solutions to enhance analytics and reporting Prior experience in procurement finance or global sourcing preferred PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will be a strategic and analytical business leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
