Responsibilities

• Own SEO customer communication, serving as the main point of contact for your clients
• Lead monthly meetings to review SEO reports and propose ideas and strategies to improve website performance
• Own the SEO customer experience, making sure every client interaction is professional, responsive, and helpful
• Own SEO customer engagement documentation, keeping clear records of meetings, recommendations, and client goals
• Own SEO task creation, turning ideas and client conversations into clear, actionable tasks for our team
• Balance the needs and schedules of multiple clients while keeping every account on track

Requirements

• Superior customer service skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• Strong problem-solving skills. The answer isn't always obvious, and you enjoy digging in to find it
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people
• Comfort leading client meetings by phone or video

Preferred

• Knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, reporting, Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Experience in an agency, account management, or client-facing role
