Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead creative direction across print, digital, and multimedia products
Ensure brand consistency across all communications deliverables
Develop high-quality visual concepts and campaigns
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design staff
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission objectives into visual solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
10+ years of professional design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and multimedia work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools

Preferred

Experience supporting DoD, Federal, or Public Affairs organizations
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design
