Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story and position PwC as a trusted advisor
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and engage clients
- Leading teams in the creation of unique perspectives and insights on industry-specific subjects
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to refine strategies and solutions
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Collaborating with editorial teams to validate content quality and alignment with brand standards
- Conducting research and analysis to inform content strategy and optimize market presence
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
Preferred
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrating advanced skills in content strategy and development
- Excelling in digital content creation and optimization
- Utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making
- Leading editorial teams through complex projects
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities
- Crafting engaging messages that tell a holistic story
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
