Drive multimedia design and production for a government-facing, research-focused team, shaping visuals, motion graphics, and 3D assets.
- Own design, motion, and asset production for campaigns across LinkedIn, web, and presentations
- Must-have: 5+ years of digital design with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe CC
- Standout: GovCon experience or ability to obtain security clearance
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design campaign visuals, social media graphics, paid ads, website assets, and presentations
- Produce motion graphics, animated explainers, and short-form video content
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear visual narratives
- Develop creative concepts and execute assets under direction
- Prepare platform-ready assets across LinkedIn, web, paid media, and presentations
- Ensure consistency with brand standards and messaging
- Create and edit motion graphics using Adobe tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Support video production including campaign recaps, leadership videos, and events
- Capture basic photo and video content for internal and external use
- Operate basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Portfolio required at time of application
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital design or multimedia production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, motion, video, and branding work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience with Figma
- Experience creating motion graphics and video content
- Experience with Blender or similar 3D tools
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Leonardo.Ai, etc.)
- Ability to capture basic photo/video content
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Experience in GovCon, technology, or professional services environments
- Experience designing for LinkedIn, paid ads, web, and presentations
- Experience with proposal graphics and executive-level materials
- Experience with tools such as Envato, MotionArray, Maxon RedGiant
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
- Experience with Teams and Jira
- Experience supporting events, conferences, or leadership content
- Ability to produce strong creative outputs with limited direction
