  • Prototype ideas and communicate interaction intent clearly, whether through design tools, no-code/low-code platforms, or lightweight coded explorations where relevant.
  • Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to support concept exploration, visual reference development, content variation, and iterative refinement—while maintaining strong design judgment, authorship, and accountability for the final work.
  • Direct and refine AI outputs through clear constraints, curated inputs, and iterative review to ensure alignment with brand standards, audience needs, and project goals.
  • Apply sound judgment around brand safety, visual consistency, accessibility, and intellectual property considerations when using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve team workflows through AI-enabled tools and emerging creative technologies, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and real-world usefulness rather than novelty.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape creative responses to business needs and campaign objectives.
  • Present ideas clearly, explain creative rationale, and incorporate feedback with maturity and agility.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing craft, speed, and strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
