Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate original, strategically grounded ideas for experiential activations, sponsorship platforms, integrated campaigns, and new business pursuits.
  • Balance multiple fast-moving projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Develop early-stage ideas into clear concepts, including titles, strategic rationales, consumer journeys, activation elements, and channel extensions.
  • Write presentation narratives, idea descriptions, manifestos, taglines, messaging frameworks, and other client-facing materials.
  • Research audiences, categories, competitors, and cultural trends, translating findings into useful creative tensions and opportunities.
  • Build clear, persuasive presentation flows in partnership with strategy, design, account, and production teams.
  • Contribute actively to brainstorms and help pressure-test ideas against the audience, brief, budget, and business objective.
  • Support new business development from initial research and concepting through deck development and pitch preparation.
  • Confidently present concepts and sections of work to internal teams and clients.
  • Research and write quarterly trend reports, category-specific reports, case studies, and agency thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across creative strategy, copywriting, content strategy, advertising, experiential marketing, or brand marketing.
  • A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong writing, and the ability to turn insights into campaign or activation ideas.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, sponsorship, or experiential marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the flexibility to move between bold brand storytelling and clear strategic communication.
  • Strong research and synthesis skills, with the ability to identify what matters and translate it into a creative opportunity.
  • Experience contributing to client presentations, integrated campaigns, or new business pitches.
  • Comfortable working from a blank page, receiving feedback, and rapidly evolving the work.
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and energized by the ambiguity and pace of a growing team.
