  • Set campaigns up for success from the outset, with clear objectives and a measurement framework, proactively managing client and internal expectations around what success looks like
  • Feed into and support the structuring of new business pitches, presenting confidently on the sections you own
  • Lead industry and market trend analysis that feeds directly into forward-looking client strategy, and identify opportunities to streamline how the team works through new tools or ways of working

  • Mentor the wider Creative Strategy team giving clear, constructive feedback and helping shape their development

Requirements

  • A highly polished, persuasive presenter, confident selling an idea to senior clients and internal teams
  • A strong grip on measurement and effectiveness, comfortable using data to prove an idea worked
  • Comfortable respectfully challenging a client, not just your own team, when the work calls for it
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop more junior team members
  • An innovative mindset, always looking for a better way to solve the problem in front of you
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect creative strategy to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
