Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact client proposals, pitch decks, and executive presentations
• Own the proposal process from research and concept through pricing, submission, and execution
• Source, evaluate, and collaborate with vendors to gather pricing, capabilities, and creative solutions in support of proposals
• Manage proposal tracking and status grids, providing clear updates and recommendations to the executive team
• Oversee all proposal leads and creative services projects, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
• Delegate and manage creative team responsibilities, including reviewing work, assigning projects, and maintaining workflow visibility
• Ensure all creative materials—including proposals, marketing assets, social media, brand guidelines, presentation gifts, and sales collateral—align with company objectives and client expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a DMC environment
• Proven experience leading large-scale events and managing creative teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and experiential storytelling
• Expertise in client-facing proposals and executive-level presentations
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and margin management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
