Responsibilities

Provide writing support the influx of marketing needs pre-and-during season.
Transform briefs into marketing copy that attracts new clients, retains current clients and wins back those who have left Jackson Hewitt.
Tailor copy by channel so that it reaches the audience where they are.
Learn and translate relevant promotions and tax codes for copy and content.
Partner with design and key stakeholders on every project to produce the most effective and efficient asset.
